BeMoreTree Introductory Workshops
These are a fantastic introduction for the full Be More Tree programme and designed for you to walk away with a starter tool box of strategies for your physical and emotional wellness.
This includes know how to have:
- balanced daily energy:
- improved sleep;
- healthier gut;
- optimistic thinking;
- effective breathing;
- empowering beliefs.
You will learn and understand the relationship between the brain, gut and heart and how to list to and respond to the significant messages from all three brains in the body. The focus on the nervous system increases your understanding of the body mind connection, and powerful ways to bring yourself into a calm state.
